About the Author

Annabel den Dekker (she/her) is a queer author from the Netherlands. Ever since she was a little girl, she has been making up stories and writing them down. After years of creating numerous short stories, novels and fanfiction, she self-published her debut novel, Ailene. Since then, she’s added more books to her repertoire, including Good Intentions, Stay With Me, and Just Like Christmas.

When she is not writing, she can be found strolling through nature, daydreaming about her favorite characters or conjuring up new stories. She’s an avid admirer of books, music and TV series, and delights in sharing them with others. Spending time with animals also ranks high on her list of hobbies, as does hanging out with her best friends, and rooting for her favorite F1 drivers during race weekends.
