Devon Grimes got his big break by filling in on drums for his uncle Glen in his band Blinding Light. Being in his own band Anchor Grey with his new boyfriend Johnny was like a dream come true. Until reality came knocking.

Johnny Brown has made every attempt to hold his band together, but nothing seems to work for long. He hopes Devon can be the glue that holds them together this time. But being in a relationship with the drummer is both amazing and frustrating.

Devon and Johnny both share a love of music and a need to play in a successful band, so the chance to tour with Blinding Light is too good to be true. But life on the road isn’t easy on a band or a relationship, and navigating both can be tricky. The road to Rocktoberfest is a minefield loaded with obstacles neither of them expect and will test their resolve to stay together or go it alone.
