In Love

Boys' Love 2

by Rebecca James

A straight guy falls for his male co-star in a Thai boys' love series.
It sounds like a TV romance, but for Rama Sathianthai, it's reality. The chemistry between the two young actors and their popularity as a couple has won them a second season of their series, which means they'll have to keep their budding relationship a secret. The bl industry frowns on gay actors, particularly those who want to date each other. But the couple is determined to make things work. Meanwhile, the upcoming wedding of his favorite cousin threatens to throw Rama into family drama due to his recent confession that his aunt molested him when he was an adolescent. With the cards stacked against them, Rama and Pravat worry that love might not be enough to keep them together.

Great Read!
The author does a great job of drawing you into the story. I feel like I know these guys and feel their pain and happiness.

Relationship goals! Great look into the world of bl.
This was the 2nd book in Rebecca James’s new “Boys Love” Series and it gives us the next step in the story of the relationship between Pravat, an experienced actor in the BL Industry and Rama, a newcomer. Paired up as a romantic couple in the first book Boy’s Love (free thru Prolific Works) this book provides us the opportunity to see how the couple gets through having to have a secret relationship while filming season two of the TV Series. I loved this book just as much as the first one. Pravat is so warm and loving when it comes to Rama and their relationship. Rama knows what he wants and is willing to work through the tough times to come out on the other side of things with Pravat by his side. These two are definitely “couple goals” for anyone to follow. I also was happy that we had a resolution to the trauma in Rama’s family life that was initiated in the first book. I especially enjoyed this book and series as a new fan of BL Dramas. It was great to really get a ‘behind the scenes” view of how these shows are really shot and what the actors have to deal with in their roles. This is not a 9 to 5 job for these men and it truly infiltrates all aspects of their lives. True admiration for those who travel this path. Can’t wait for more to come in the future!
