About The Book
One night. One dance. One encounter they’ll never forget.
Grayson Hart wasn’t born into privilege—but crashing the exclusive masquerade gala at the Westwood Estate might be his boldest risk yet. All he wants is one chance to prove himself. He never expected that chance to arrive in the form of Logan Westwood—enigmatic, magnetic, and entirely off-limits.
Logan has always lived behind a mask. He knows how to play the part of heir, host, and Westwood son. But when he meets Grayson in the chaos of the ball, everything shifts. Their connection is instant. Their chemistry undeniable. And their night together? Impossible to ignore.
But desire has a cost.
As secrets unravel and pasts resurface, both men must decide: protect the lives they’ve built—or risk everything for a love neither saw coming.

The Review
Unforgettable Encounter is like an MM take on the Cinderella story with a pared back list of characters, in that there is little more than the Prince and the mysterious dance partner. There’s the ball, a masked ball in this case, an escape before discovery, and a successful search for the escapee.
Grayson Hart is the ‘Cinderella’ character who crashes an elite gala (the masked ball, although it is referred to as a masquerade) using a forged invitation. Logan Westwood, the billionaire heir to the Westwood Estate, is the prince who is captivated by the mysterious interloper.
I’ll let you read it to find out Grayson’s reason for crashing the ball and focus on the important stuff.
The writing is excellent, and the portrayal of the two main characters quite wonderful. Their interaction is both restrained and exciting at the same time. There is a sensuality to how they respond to each other that needs no more than a few touches, a kiss or two and some meaningful looks to achieve a real sense of attraction between the two men.
No clothes may be removed but it still feels quite steamy. A great short read all in all.
The Reviewer
Tony is an Englishman living amongst the Welsh and the Other Folk in the mountains of Wales. He lives with his partner of thirty-six years, four dogs, two ponies, various birds, and his bees. He is a retired lecturer and a writer of no renown but that doesn’t stop him enjoying what he used to think of as ‘sensible’ fantasy and sf. He’s surprised to find that if the story is well written and has likeable characters undergoing the trails of life, i.e. falling in love, falling out of love, having a bit of nooky (but not all the time), fending off foes, aliens and monsters, etc., he’ll be happy as a sandperson who has just offloaded a wagon of sand at the going market price. As long as there’s a story, he’s in. He aims to write fair and honest reviews. If he finds he is not the target reader he’ll move on.
