Dex flees his abusive lover and finds a job as a dance instructor at a resort. There he meets Husker, but resists the attraction. The recent abusive relationship taught him he is relationship poison. Having bedded a long list of coeds in college, Husker questions his attraction to a man. When Husker’s best friend is killed in a bar shooting, he turns to Dex for comfort. The bond forms, but after Husker is injured and hospitalized Dex doesn’t hear from him so assumes the relationship is over. Dex’s abusive partner finds him and abducts him. Husker returns from the hospital to find Dex missing, and rallies the resort staff to find and free Dex before the abusive partner kills him.
